Chipman Design: A’Gaci Re-Model.

Software used: AutoDesk AutoCAD, Adobe PhotoShop & Illustrator.

This project consisted of expansion and remodel of an A’Gaci retail store located inside West Oaks Mall in Houston, TX.  The tenant acquired the space next door and we expanded and remodeled the entire space.

The entire set of documents is available upon request, I included some of the sheets as an example of the work i was responsible for during the process.

Specific Responsibilities: My responsibilities consisted of assisting in the drafting / generating the construction documents, preparing the document set for bidding, addressing comments from the city, and maintaining open communication with; the mechanical / electrical engineer, the landlord, the client and the expeditor.
