This project is a 10,672 sq. ft. Car dealership tenant improvement. The dealership consists of a showroom, offices, (4) restrooms, storage & stock areas and customer / lounge areas.
The renovation of the dealership required the re-submission of previously approved construction document set (after updated code compliance) and added site improvement work.
Specific Responsibilities;
- Updated construction document set to meet current building & municipal code requirements
- Coordinated structural, MEP, and landscape consultants with their revisions
- Submitted construction documents jurisdictional agency approval
- Performed construction administration through the construction phase.
- Maintained clear and consistent communication with the client construction rep. and city officials
