Bickel Group Architecture: Riverwalk Building G3 (Victoria’s Secret).

Software used: MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Autodesk AutoCAD & Adobe Acrobat.

This project consisted of a new 5,100 square foot shell building for the future Victoria’s Secret tenant. The project included a new separate structure trash enclosure and corresponding civil and landscape improvements.

Specific Responsibilities; 

• Collaborated with the client for clarifying project needs and the desired aesthetic.
• Generated initial design and schematic design based on surrounding context.
• Finalized the building design and design development.
• Produced complete construction documents for agency approval.
• Coordinated w/ structural, MEP, civil and landscape consultants for their work.
• Submitted and shepherded the project through the agency approval process.
• Performed construction administration through the construction phase.
