Prats Inc.: Porto’s West Covina

Software used:  MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Autodesk AutoCAD & Adobe Acrobat.

This was a collaborative (3 person team) project of a new +/-21,943 square foot 2 story building for the Porto’s Bakery in West Covina, CA. The project included; (2) large restrooms, (4) commercial kitchens, cafe bar, (7) walk-in coolers / freezers, (4) separate interior and exterior dining areas, civil and landscape improvements. All the corresponding mechanical, electrical and plumbing as required.

Specific Responsibilities; 

• Collaborated with the client for clarifying project needs and the desired aesthetic.
• Collaborated with initial design and schematic design.
• Collaborated with the overall layout design and design development.
• Collaborated producing complete construction documents for agency approval.
• Collaborated during the project approval process.
• Collaborated with the construction administration through the construction phase
